Termination by Principal in 2nd and 3rd year...)-
As we now that most Articles have a bad experience in his 2nd and 3rd year of Articleship. In the first year, they got transfer easily due to no restrictions by ICAI. But in remaining year, ICAI has given restrictions. Due to this, the students have not able to take the transfer. But students can take termination by the principal in 2nd and 3rd year of Articleship also. ICAI can't restrict termination by the principal. The principal can give the termination in any year without any restrictions. The principal has to file form 109 from his portal with reason on his letterhead. This takes an approximate one months to complete the process of termination. After that students can register to any CA firm and continue his Articleship.
